How long have you been in the real
estate business?
- I have had my real estate license since
June of 1999. I got into the business due to my interest and
experience in fixer-uppers in Denver & Phoenix.
- How long have you lived in
St. George?
- I moved here from
Phoenix in
1998.
What is your area of strength? Residential
vs. Commercial. Resale vs. New
Construction.
- I have specialized in residential resale
with most home sales being $200,000 and up. I have also sold many
subdivided lots. Last I work with three different foreclosure
management companies to help them sell the properties they have
foreclosed on in St. George.
- Do you work with homebuyers and home
sellers?
- I work with both.
