Washington,
Utah
Washington,
Utah is located east of the
city of St.
George. Washington used to be
a sleepy little town, but within the last few years has added many
large retail stores including a Super Walmart, Home Depot, Pets
Mart, Best Buy, and Bed, Bath and Beyond to name a few.
Interstate Highway 15
runs down the middle of the town making access to these stores
simply and easy. The city
has two
highway exchanges, one of which was just completed. This exchange
currently has no stores around it, but who knows what the future
holds?
Washington
City basically is two
different sections; the older city and Washington Fields.

City (the older part) is a
mix of single family homes, multi-family properties, and mobile
homes. This part of town also has several strip malls with various

Washington Fields is
made up of mostly farm land. Recently the land owners have been
selling their farms or land and new homes are being built. Homes
consist of mostly starter homes, although there are a few
subdivisions of luxury type properties.
