The community of Bloomington County Club consists of mostly single family homes and a few Townhomes subdivisions. Many of the properties were built in the mid to late 70’s, 80’s and 90’s with a large amount of “in-fill” going on since 2002.
The neighborhood was laid out around a golf course (Bloomington County Club Golf Course) and the main road, Bloomington Drive makes a large circle around the golf course. Most of the streets end in Cul-de-sacs. Because of this most of the homes are on larger than average lots.
